The fields of activity of Denis Cherpillod are competition law (cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, distribution, abuse of dominant position) as well as business law, corporate law and contract law. He has a broad expertise in mergers and acquisitions and in financing of companies. Prior to joining Reymond & Associés, he has practised law within leading business law firms and has worked for the Secretariat of the Swiss Competition Commission.

Since 2015, Denis Cherpillod lectures on “Practical Business Law” within the Master of Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship of the EPFL.
