Hélène Weidmann has a wide expertise on commercial transactions, in particular Mergers & Acquisitions of a variety of companies (small and medium size companies, banks and other regulated entities, multinational companies or listed companies). Her fields of activity are, in particular business law, corporate law, contract law, stock exchange regulations and criminal economic law.

She advises corporations, their managers and investors from the incorporation of the structure in Switzerland until its sale or restructuring.

Prior to joining Reymond & Associés, she practiced eight years within a leading business law firm (Lenz & Staehelin) in Lausanne and Zurich.
