The Federal Court has dismissed the appeals against the Sainte-Croix wind farm project in the canton of Vaud on the fundamental points. The building permit and the land use plan for the six-turbine project are supplemented by the addition of two conditions on ancillary points. In essence, the Federal Court confirms the decision of the Administrative and Public Law Court of the Vaud Cantonal Court (CDAP).
